OUR MISSION

We run a carpentry workshop in the Midlands of the UK, with a dream of changing the perspective of the UK furniture industry. For decades now, certain furniture businesses have mass-produced low quality, home and garden furniture to their own set sizes and designs, without thought to their customers' unique home spaces, nor the environment.

Our aim for the next 5 years and beyond, is to produce high quality and functional, made-to-measure wooden home and garden furniture. Not only will our products be designed specifically for their customers' intended use, they'll be built to last for at least 10 years.

We'll be offering advice to you, so you can preserve our furniture for much longer than 10 years! If the Japanese can build temple's that are still standing over 1000 years after being built, then businesses like IKEA have no reason to be manufacturing wasteful furniture that barely makes it past a few years.

Our furniture is built with you in mind. We don't want to just sell you a product and move onto the next customer. This business is for each and every one of our customers.

We now offer a 10 year guarantee on our products. If anything goes wrong, we'll be on hand to offer advice on prolonging the life and quality of your products. The pine wood we use can last for well over 100 years, if looked after correctly.

When you buy a piece of furniture from Woodhouse Home and Garden, we promise that it will still be just as functional 10 years later. If any wear and tear occurs after years of use, we can provide advice for you restore your furniture back to new, as well offer a repair service for any major damage, to save you money on not needing to repurchase it new.
